Communities In Schools would like you to consider one of the following ways to contribute to our program. Your contributions are totally tax deductible. You would be helping us to provide students with after school programs, summer camp, basic needs and enrichment activities that will help each student to stay in school and be prepared for life.

Gifts of Cash

Bequests

The federal estate tax can still take approximately 50% of one's estate at the time of death. We hope you will consider a charitable bequest in your will to benefit Communities In Schools while you save estate tax dollars at the same time. What a great Legacy to leave in your name to us. Consider donating to Communities In Schools instead of receiving gifts at holidays or giving flowers during the loss of a love one. This is a great way to honor or remember someone.

Invoice Contribution

If your company invoices monthly, ask your clients to donate a $1.00 to Communities In Schools when paying their bill. Contact us for more details.

% of Sales

If you own a business consider hosting Communities In Schools day at your business. During this day you would allow us to set up an informational table about Communities In Schools, while one of our staff shares with your clients what we do. A percentage of sales on this day would be donated back to Communities In Schools. This could be done during regular hours or at a special after-hours event.
